Across digital platforms worldwide, we saw a proliferation of misleading content about the pandemic and the 2020 presidential election that has left Latino communities more vulnerable than ever to disinformation.

Despite efforts from various government entities, NGOs, and private-sector organizations, disinformation has continued to spread, primarily downplaying the severity of the pandemic and undermining confidence in vaccines.
